FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & GENERAL INFORMATION:
Parking is free but space is limited. Please DO NOT park in spaces that are meant for the DHS building. We will have a parking lot attendant to help guide you. Please be careful of patrons exiting the maze, etc.
Will the Maze be Inside or Outside?
The maze will take place indoors, so it will happen regardless of bad weather. The line and ticket booth is outside, however.
Will the actors touch me?
Our actors will get very close to you, but they will not touch you. So please do not touch them!
Is this for children?
We do not recommend this for children under the age of 8. There is a "safe" word that people (of any age) may use to notify the actors to be less scary. The safe word is "pumpkin." Children's entry is solely at parents' discretion. There are many very scary images and scenes within the maze that may upset a small child. We are not responsible for children who are scared. Scaring people is the whole point of the haunted maze!
How scary is the maze?
Very. Our haunted maze is not recommended for small children or big chickens. The safe word is "pumpkin," which tells our actors to back off and restrain themselves from scaring you as much.
If I get really scared can I get a refund?
Our job is to scare you. So if you escape our maze due to fear we have done our job. So the answer is NO.
How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets on site when you arrive. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. CASH ONLY!
How will you keep the maze patrons safe?

What happens if I get caught breaking a rule?
You will be escorted out, without a refund, regardless of which rule was broken. Safety is our main concern.
