Class Enrollment Form:
Summer 2023 Class Enrollment Window is NOW OPEN. Classes will run from July 10-August 18. (6 weeks of classes).
Creative Movement is FULL.
Each session of 6 classes is $60 (6 classes x $10 per class = $60).

Enrollment is first come, first served. Please do not wait to sign up!

If applying for a financial-need based scholarship, a separate scholarship application is not required. Please explain your financial need with detail in the comments box provided.
Firm enrollment deadline is June 15.
How to pay for your dance classes:
Please make sure you know the total amount due for all of your class(es). Each class session is $60.
Option One (strongly preferred):
Please complete the online payment form below to pay with a credit card.
Option Two: Mail a check for the full amount (made out to "C.R.O.W.") to P.O. Box 184, Florence, OR 97439. Please make sure to includes student's name, and which classes the student is enrolled in. Payment must be mailed immediately upon enrollment.
Classes with less than 6 students may be cancelled (at discretion of C.R.O.W.) In this case, you will receive a full refund.
Financial Need:
Financial need based scholarships are typically awarded in either full or half scholarship amounts, and are selected on a case by case basis (dependent on available scholarship funds). Priority is given to new students (those who have never received a scholarship from us), and those with the most significant financial need. We always do our very best to award scholarships when funds are available. In general, one scholarship maximum is awarded per student, per session. Please reach out to us if you have questions.
