C.R.O.W. will award both partial and full scholarships depending on the total number of applicants, and the availability of funds.

Proof of income is required to apply for a Summer Camp Scholarship. At the bottom of the form, you will be asked up upload a copy of your annual payroll report or tax form(s) in order to prove your annual income.  If you do not have access to a scanner, you may upload an image file (i.e.-take a picture with your phone).

If you cannot attach your items to this online form, you may mail in a copy of your proof of income and/or letter of recommendation to: C.R.O.W. - P.O. Box 184, Florence, OR 97439. 

 

Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
