Enrollment for the Fall, 2024 session opens July 12.

 

Please be patient with us as we work out any kinks.

Instructions:

​

1) Click the top button below to be redirected to your personal Account Portal.

 

2) You will be asked to fill out general registration info.  Please do not leave any answer blank.

 

3) Next, you can sign up for classes that are age appropriate.  (If you have been moved to a different level, contact us to help you at admin@crowkids.com)

 

4) After signing up for classes, please complete your payment online.

5) If applying for a scholarship, you may wait to process any remaining payment until your scholarship application has been reviewed.  

 

Non-scholarship applicants: Your spot is not held until payment is received.

Enrollment Policies:​​

​

• Enrollment is first come, first served.  Classes fill up fast. ​

​​

• We have a no refund policy, so please check the class dates and enroll carefully.  We also do not provide refunds for student absences or early withdrawals due a change in your personal circumstances.​​​

 

• Classes with low enrollment may be cancelled (at discretion of C.R.O.W.)  In this case, you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund. 

 

• In the event that C.R.O.W. must cancel a single class due to instructor illness/emergency, you will be offered a make-up class at a later date.  If no make-up class can be provided, you will receive a credit for a future session or a refund.

• Scholarship Applicants: You will need to complete TWO forms: 1) Registration form on Dance Studio Pro (top button) and 2) Scholarship application (bottom button).  Please make sure to explain your financial need with detail in the comments box provided.  Incomplete or vague scholarship requests will not be considered.  Please be prepared to share proof of income.  Scholarships are typically awarded in either full or half scholarship amounts dependent on available scholarship funds.  Priority is given to new students and those with the most significant financial need.  In general, one scholarship maximum is awarded per student, per session. You will be notified by email if your request has been accepted.  At that time, you may pay for any remaining balance due.
