A Very Merry Mission...Should You Choose To Accept It!
Across the world, reports of kindness are dwindling, joy is in short supply, and holiday spirit is fading. Something must be done, and fast!
With time running out, Santa and his elves launch Operation: Christmas Magic, calling upon an elite team of highly trained specialists to activate the emergency S.H.E.L.F. Program. Their mission is simple: restore the Christmas spirit before it's too late.
Filled with laughter, music, heartwarming moments, and plenty of holiday surprises, Operation: Christmas Magic is a joyful family adventure that reminds us all that the true magic of Christmas is built on love, kindness, patience, teamwork, and trust.
Interspersed within the central story line, will be outstanding vocal solos and duos, live musicians, comedic interludes, small and large group numbers, and of course, C.R.O.W.’s stellar Flight and Jr. Flight Dance Teams. The 2026 Holly Jolly Follies will be presented on the mainstage, December 4, 5, & 6– Friday and Saturday at 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM. 4 shows with 2 matinees this year!
A lobby boutique, community gingerbread contest, and scrumptious FEC concession stand make this event even more fun for the whole family.
Please bring a food donation for the Florence Food Share collection bins in the lobby.

Just wait till you see the delightful creations on display at the Florence Events Center this year.
To enter this year's contest, please CLICK HERE.
Community members participate as "judges" by buying voting tickets. Votes are $1 each or 6 for $5. All proceeds support future C.R.O.W. programming and youth scholarships.
Voting tickets can be purchased at C.R.O.W.'s lobby boutique or at the Florence Events Center Box office during business hours.
Winners will be announced before Christmas.
