ABOUT THE EVENT:

Time: 5 pm - 9:30 pm 

 

*Doors open at 5 pm.  Check in/Dinner/Games/Raffles begin at 5 pm.  Bingo starts at approximately 6:30 pm.

Tickets Cost:

$55 per person

Party of 4 (seated together but shared table with other guests) = $220

Party of 6 (private table) = $330

Party of 8 (private table, discounted rate) = $400

 

Tickets include:

10 bingo cards per person, a dauber, and a school cafeteria themed dinner with a twist! 

 

Wine is included with your ticket this year, thanks to our amazing wine sponsor: Three Rivers Casino & Resort.

Additional bingo cards will be available for purchase at the check in table.

Location: Three Rivers Casino & Resort, Events Center

 

Dinner:   Brisket Mac-n-cheese, Hamburger Sliders, Chicken Skewers and Fresh Green Salad with a choice of dressing.  Coffee, tea, iced tea included. Wine on tables sponsored by Three Rivers Casino. 

 

Please note: Dessert is purposely not included to encourage you to bid on the tasty items available in our dessert auction.  Please bring cash or credit cards for the dessert dash envelope.  Remember....All proceeds go to the kids! 
 

What To Wear:  Dress in your favorite school-themed outfits.  Whether it's a Letterman's jacket, your favorite high school or college team-wear, a prom dress, or your most hilarious disheveled "Elementary school photo" look, we hope you'll play along and show us your school spirit!  Costumes are not required, but are encouraged.

Prizes: Our awesome bingo prizes will include a wide variety of exciting items such as a Michael Kors handbag, gift baskets of local wares, stunning artwork, a 2025 Ocean Dunes Golf Course membership, and even a large convection/pizza oven!

• This event is for ages 18+.

• Seating is limited and this event WILL SELL OUT!  Get your tickets early!

• All sales are final and all tickets are non-refundable.  Tickets are sold online with secure credit card processing.  Click on the red button below.

• Reserved seating is only available if you buy a table of 6 or 8. Smaller parties will be seated together, but will share a table with other guests. 

​​

• Doors open at 5 pm for seating, games, raffles, photo opp, no-host bar, and dinner. 

​​

• Bingo games will begin at approximately 6:30.  Additional bingo cards will be available for purchase on site. 

 

• There will be many prizes of all sizes awarded.  Lots of chances to win!

• NO HOST BAR  (21+ with wristband). 

​

• Bring your cash/credit card for the Desert Dash and get ready to show us your high school track team skills as you race for your favorite sweet treat!
